Here, I’m gonna challenge all of you to jumping jacks!
So here are some facts
1. There are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat.
2. Every two jumping jacks= 1 calorie burnt
3. 7000 jumping jacks=1 pound gone
4. 10 sets of a 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn a pound.
So on top of your current diet and exercise regime can you add on 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks a day for 1 week. Its one week cant be so hard
lets try this, because a pound lighter is a pound lighter

I think 7th grade was the last time I wore shorts, and even then I was self-conscious as fuck.
I’m pretty upset, I thought I was down to a 9, but these shorts fit me at 11. I still have a long ways to go, I want to hit size 3 or 5.
- Keep busy!
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day. No joke- this helps.
- Take your vitamins! When you have nutrients missing this can make you hungry.
- Try eating raw vegetables
- Do the 10 minute rule. If you feel hungry say “I’ll go eat.” BUT wait 10 minutes to actually eat. Usually the hunger with subside.
- EAT LEAN PROTEIN. It helps you feel full.
- Brush your teeth. Nobody will want to eat after they just brushed their teeth
- Stick to a strict schedule. Schedule your meals, your workouts, your drinking. Everything.
